眼周坏疽性脓皮病致暴露性角膜炎1例

A Case with Exposure Keratitis Caused by Orbital Region Pyoderma Gangrenosum

患者男,23岁。6年前因双下肢、右眼周溃疡伴疼痛经病理学检查确诊为坏疽性脓皮病,糖皮质激素治疗有效。半年前右眼周瘢痕牵拉致眼睑闭合困难视物不清,诊断为右眼暴露性角膜炎。予湿房等对症治疗明显好转。

To reported one case of exposure keratitis caused by periocular pyoderma Gangrenosum. The patient was 23- year-old male, there was ulcers occurred on the double lower limbs and right perioeular skin for six years, he reeled pain. He was diagnosed as pyoderma gangrenosum by histological examination and effected to glucocorticosteroid, half-year ago, right periocular cicatricial contracture caused failure of eyelids closing and blurring of vision. He feels better through humidified house.
