患者女,45岁。双小腿胫前出现红斑,中央呈凹陷的硬化萎缩性黄色斑块10年。否认糖尿病史。组织病理符合类脂质渐进性坏死。
A 45-year-old female who gradually presented with a 10 year history of erythema characterized by callous, atrophic, yellow plaques of depression in the center on the front of the two-lower-leg shins, without diabetes. Histiopathology consistented with necrobiosis lipoidica non diabeticrum.
