PE Three-Layer-Coating for Steel Pipe Protection from Corrosion

本文介绍陕京天然气管道工程所采用的PE三层结构防腐技术要点、工艺流程及涂层性能，经过5年研究和小试、中试后建成的生产线，在1996年为陕京输气工程涂敷D660mm管道700km，满足了重点工程建设需要，创产值1．3亿元，取得了良好的经济效益。

This paper introduces technical issue of PE three-layer-coating, process and coating property in application of Shuan Jing gas pipeline. It takes 5 years to do research, lab test, application test and set up the production line for coating construction. This technology was used for coating of D 660 mm pipeline in length of 700 km in Shuan Jing pipeline project in 1996. It was satisfied with the requirement of important project construction and made 130 millions Yuan (Chinese currency) of production value and took very good economic effect.
