摘要
本文介绍一种新型抗腐蚀管材──钢铁陶瓷复合管,该管从内到外由陶瓷层、过渡层和钢三层组成,可采用焊接、法兰等方式进行联结。其耐蚀性比不锈钢高10倍,耐磨性相当于钨钴硬质合金,耐酸度达96%~98%,适合输送磨蚀性物料、铝液及高温腐蚀性介质等,与同等内径的钢管相比,可节约钢材20%~30%,具有广泛的应用前景。
This article introduces a new type of anticorrosion pipe material that is clad steel pipe with pottery and porcelain which consists of ceramic layer, transition layer and steel from internal surface to outside surface. This new pipe can be welded, connectted by flange. The anticorrosion property is 10 times higher than that of stainless pipe. The abrasiveness is equal to hard WuCo-alloy. The degree of acid resistance is 96% ~98%. This new pipe is suitable to transport corrosive material, aluminum liquid and high temperature corrosive medium. It can save 20 % ~ 30 % of steel in comparison with steel pipe in same diameter and be widely used.
