摘要
本文报道用于球罐整体热处理的电脑温控仪的开发与应用，该设备采用集散控制系统，可以实现热处理全过程的自动动态控制。通过热处理前后残余应力测量结果的对比可以看出，使用该设备不仅提高了热处理质量和工效，而且减少了环境污染。
This article reports the developement and application on computer temperature control instrument for entire heat treatment of post-welding for spherical tank. It takes the collective and distributive control system to carry out the auto-dynamic status control of whole heat treatment process. Through measuring and comparing of the residual stresses be fore and after treatment, it is result in raising the quality and effect of treatment and reducing the environment pollution.
