摘要
研究了甲烷与CO2反应制合成气新型Si(-2)分子筛担载型Ni催化剂的制备规律性,结果表明,La2O3助剂可提高催化剂活性和合成气收率、减少催化剂表面积碳,提高催化剂寿命;K2O助剂可进一步改善催化剂的甲烷与CO2重整制合成气的反应性能;从而研制出具有高催化活性和合成气选择性的K-Ni-La/si-2催化剂,可用于将天然气与CO2重整反应制合成气。
The regulations in preparation of new silicalite-2 molecular sieve supported Ni catalyst for reformation of methane with CO2 to syngas are studied. La2O3 promoter will improve catalyst activity and syngas yield, decrease surface carbon deposit, and prolong catalyst life. K2O promoter will further improve the reaction performance of the catalyst. Thus the K-Ni-La/Si-2 catalyst with high catalytic activity and syngas selectivity is prepared, and it can be used for the reformation of natural gas with CO2 to syngas.
