摘要
探索了非缓冲条件下,用酒石酸对超稳Y型分子筛进一步脱铝改性的可能性。研究结果表明,本文中所用的分子筛脱铝方法在合适的处理条件下能制备出硅铝比达12左右的超稳Y型分子筛。改性后的超稳Y型分子筛随骨架硅铝比的提高,其晶体结构热稳定性增加。
The possibility of modification of ultrastable Y-type(USY) zeolites with tartaric acid in unbuffered system has been explored. The effects on the treatment process by reaction time, reaction temperature, amount of tartaric acid solution added, the speed of addition and PH of the tartaric acid solution, etc. are inspected systematically. The property and structure of modified zeolite sample have been characterized by XRD and DTA. The method used in aluminium removal from zeolite can acquire ultrastable Y zeolites with SiO2/Al2O3 ratio 12 under proper treating conditions. The thermal stability of the crystal structure of modified USY zeolite increases with the increase of SiO2/Al2O3 ratio.
