湿地松松针水提液的抗菌活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了湿地松松针水提液对7种细菌、黑曲霉、啤酒酵母等微生物的抗菌活性。结果表明,湿地松松针水提液对供试细菌和黑曲霉的生长有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对黑曲霉生长的抑制作用最强,而对啤酒酵母生长无抑制作用。湿地松松针水提液对变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.02g.mL-1;对枯草杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.03g.mL-1;对大肠杆菌、白葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.04g.mL-1;而在0.001g.mL-1下对黑曲霉的生长仍具有极显著的抑制作用。结果表明,湿地松松针的水提液对常见的食品腐败菌有较好的抑制作用。 The water extraction from Pinus elliottii Engelm. pine needles were studied for antimicrobial activity on 7 species of bacteria,Aspergillus niger and Saccharorngces cerevisia.The results showed that the water extraction had different extents of antimicrobial effects on the tested bacteria and Aspergillus.lt had strong inhibition activities on Aspergillus,but had no inhibition on Saccharorngces cerevisiae.The minimum inhibitory concentration was as follows: Proteus vulgaris and Staphylococcus aureu 0.02g·mL^-1; Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus cereus 0.03g·mL^-1 ; Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus albus 0.04g·mL^-1 respectively. Further more, the growth of Aspergillus was significantly inhibited at the concentration of 0.001g·mL^-1.The results indicated that the tested water extraction had antimicrobial effects on the common food spoilage microorganisms.
