摘要
为解决在鲜切蔬菜加工过程中,使用的氯消毒剂浓度较高,现有的检测仪表不能直接用于生产线检测的难题,本研究研制了可直接用于生产线检测的控制装置,分析了该装置的设计原理,并对高浓度消毒液测控装置的性能进行了分析。结果表明:检测流量为60L·h-1,稀释倍数为19时,最大检测偏差为±3.2mg·L-1,平均反应时间是29s,能够满足鲜切蔬菜清洗消毒液在线测控的实际需要。
During the processing of fresh-cut vegetables, the chlorine's concentration is usually high such that the current detector isn't used directly on the product line, so the on-line detecting and controlling apparatus of the high concentration disinfectant was studied. The principle of the apparatus was analyzed, and characteristic of apparatus for the high concentration disinfectant was defined. It indicated that when the detecting flux was 60L·h^-1 and the dilution ratio was if,the max of the detecting deviation achieves ±3.2mg ·h^-1 and the average reaction time equals to 29s. These results might meet the actual demands of detecting and controlling high concentration disinfectant for fresh-cut vegetables.
