氨基脲作为塑料食品包装材料发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺的分解产物,其是否对人体健康有潜在风险以及风险大小如何,是公众和政府密切关注的问题,本文就食品中氨基脲的可能来源、分析方法、毒性以及暴露等方面进行了综述。
Semicarbazide is one of the degradation products of azodicarbonamide which is used as a blowing agent for plastics in contact with food.Whether it poses potentiar risks to human health and how the risk is,the public and government is paying close attention to the problem.The possible origins, analytical aspects ,toxicity and exposure of semicarbazide were expounded in the paper.
