整合全台新闻素材,提高资源共享,已经成为很多电视台的共识,传统新闻素材共享系统的实现方式一般都是建设一个共享库,素材提交到共享盘阵以实现共享,本文提出的新闻素材共享系统,相对于传统的新闻共享系统,具有实现简单,操作便捷,跨异构平台,投资成本低,时效性高,共享信息非常丰富等优点。

There are some disadvantages in traditional news material sharing system. In view of this situation, the Anhui TV Station has designed a new news sharing system. This system features high efficiency, high timeliness and low-cost of development. It is applicable to distributed heterogeneous systems to share material. This article introduces design and application of this system as a reference for the industry.
