用三种工业废料配制低密度水泥浆

摘要 利用工业废料高炉矿渣为水化材料,粉煤灰和空心漂珠为减轻材料,配制130~160g/cm3密度范围的低密度系列水泥浆。以性能优良的碱性活化剂BES—1,活化高炉矿渣、粉煤灰和漂珠的潜在活性,使其形成满足固井质量要求的胶凝体。该系列具有“水泥”石抗压强度高,密度低,体系稳定,初终凝时间短,成本低廉等特点,开发了固井的新材料。 This paper introduces how to make up cement slurry with low density of 1.30~1.68g/cm 3 using industrial waste blast furnace slag(BFS) as hydration material,powdered coal ash and hollow float bead as lightening material.Alkaline activator BES_1 with excellent performance can activate potential activity of BFS,powdered coal ash and float bead,make them become gelinite which can meet the need of cementing.This slurry has features of high compressive strength,low density,systematic stability,short final setting time,low cost and so on.Thus a new cementing material is developed.
