摘要
为实现动态连续地采集显微颗粒图像,采用CCD高速摄像头连续拍摄显微颗粒图像的方法,并使用VS2005集成环境下的VC.NET编程工具开发动态显微颗粒分析软件。该软件由于考虑了显微颗粒图像采集的动态性和连续性,从而能够实时进行颗粒分析。经实践验证,该软件可应用于各种粉体材料的实时检测。
The CCD slow-motion camera was used for continuously shooting granulometric micro-image in order to realize dynamically and continuously gathering granulometric micro-images. The VC. NET in VS2005 IDE was used for developing the analytical software for dynamic granulometer. It can do real-time analyses for particles in consideration of the dynamics and continuity of granulometric micro-image continuous acquisition. After experimental verification, the software can be used for real-time detection of various powders.
