抑郁症男性患者酒依赖的相关因素研究

A controling study of alcohol dependence in male patients with primary depressive disorder

目的:探讨抑郁症男性患者发生酒依赖的相关因素,为酒依赖的预防和干预提供依据。方法:应用人口学资料、病史一般情况调查、早年(18岁以前)不良家庭环境问卷、社会支持评定量表、应付方式问卷对60例抑郁症伴酒依赖的男性患者(研究组)和60例抑郁症无酒依赖的男性患者者(对照组)进行对照研究。结果:两组间经单因素分析差异有统计学意义的各因子进行Logistic回归分析,结果显示酒依赖家族史、自杀行为史、家庭暴力行为史、低发病年龄、曾受父母虐待、父母不良教养方式、社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持、对支持利用度、退避、幻想、自责和求助是抑郁症男性患者酒依赖的危险因子。结论:两组患者在一般病史资料、早年不良家庭环境及社会支持和应激方式等方面存在差异,以上因素与抑郁症男性患者发生酒依赖具有相关性,在原发抑郁症男性患者进行以上方面评估,对预防其酒依赖的发生及指导干预治疗上都有重要意义。

Objective：To discuss the relationship between alcohol dependence and primary depressive disorder in male patients. Methods：Demographic information questionnaire, general state investigation of patient history, early unhealthly domestic environment, social support rating scale and coping style questionnaire were used to assess the contrast between the study group （n=60） and the control group（n=60）.Results： In the two groups, every factor with statistical significance found in single factor analysis were analyzed by Logistic regession analyses.the Results showed that the dependable factors for alcohol dependence of depressive disorder patients are family history of alcohol dependence, history of suicidal behaviors, history of domestic violence, lower age of onset, imperfect family structure, parental maltreating and parental unsound rearing styles and short of social support, avoidance, illusion, self-accusation and asking for help .Conclusion： There are difference in the two group in general state investigation of patient history, home environment and social support,stress style and personality characteristics ,and the difference has dependability in male depressive disorder with alcohol dependence.Evaluating these aspects in male primary depressive disorder will help to prevent alcohol dependence and have considerate significance in directing intervention and therapy.
