1 Introduction Over the last several decades, although there have been advances in the treatment of diseases such as children leukemia, Hodgkin＇s disease, and testicular cancer, however, the survival of patients with the most common malignancies such as lung, breast, liver, and colon cancers has not changed significantly. Most of patients will relapse and ultimately died of the disease. The scarce efficacy of current treatments indicates the resistance of cancer cells to cytotoxic agents, radiation, and even immunotherapy and survival from the treatment without major injure.
