摘要
目的:调查教员模拟标准化病人用于临床教学的效果。方法:24人分为两个见习教学小组,分别与教员模拟标准化病人组和标准化病人进行病史采集,比较病史采集的效果和诊断的准确性。结果:两组共24份采集的病史中,在病史的完整程度、语言的规范化、现病史的描写、初步诊断的准确性上,无统计学差异。结论:在标准化病人资源紧缺的条件下,教员模拟标准化病人为眼科临床教学提供一种新的方法。
AIM: To investigate the effect of simulating the standardized patient used in the clinical teaching. METHODS: Twenty-four students were divided into 2 application groups. One group took case history from the teacher who simulated the standardized patient, and the other group took case history from the standardized patient. The effect of taking case history and the accuracy of diagnosis between the 2 groups were compared. RESULTS: No significant statistical difference between the 2 groups was found among the completeness of the case history, standardization of the language, description of the present case history and the accuracy of preliminary diagnosis. CONCLUSION: To simulate the standardized patient provide one new method used for the clinical teaching of ophthalmoloay.
