SDE系列非聚醚型破乳剂破乳性能初探

A PRELIMINARY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF SDE TYPE DEMULSIFIERS FOR CRUDE OIL

通过与现有破乳剂比较，考察了本室合成的ＳＤＥ系列新型非聚醚高分子破乳剂对不同原油的破乳效果。结果表明，ＳＤＥ破乳剂具有破乳速度快，油水界面齐和脱出水清等特点。与聚醚型破乳剂比较该型破乳剂生产条件温和、成本低。

 series copolymers are prepared by polymerizing methylmethacrylate, butylacrylate and a styrene derivative in emulsion and evaluated preliminarily as demulsifiers of SDE type on 3 crude oils from Liaohe and Shengli for dehydrating rate at different time and appearence of oil/water interfaces and of separated water. It is shown that some of SDE copolymers are excellent or fairly good demulsifiers in comparison with the polyether demulsifiers used presently in these oil fields.
