吸入烟曲霉孢子对支气管哮喘大鼠气道黏蛋白MUC2表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 气道黏液过度分泌是支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)加重和死亡的危险因素。MUC2是由杯状细胞分泌的不溶性黏蛋白,哮喘患者MUC2表达上调,呼吸道黏液黏稠度和黏滞性增加,更易导致气道阻塞。流行病学资料显示烟曲霉(Aspergillus fumigatus)暴露与哮喘病情加重密切相关。我们用卵清白蛋白(ovalbumin,OVA)致敏和激发的方法建立大鼠慢性哮喘模型,然后给予长期的烟曲霉孢子吸入,观察对黏蛋白MUC2表达的影响,探讨烟曲霉暴露加重哮喘的机制。
