摘要
目的体外评价空气喷磨、酸蚀和两者结合处理氟斑牙牙釉质对其与复合树脂黏结界面间微渗漏的影响。方法选择18颗氟斑牙正畸患者拔除的第一前磨牙为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C三组,对其牙釉质分别进行单纯酸蚀、单纯喷磨、喷磨加酸蚀处理而后黏结树脂,进行冷热循环、染色。立体显微镜下观察并测量黏结界面微渗漏情况。方差检验进行统计学分析。结果单纯空气喷磨组的微渗漏测量值为(1.51±0.28)mm,与常规酸蚀组(1.03±0.33)mm相比,二者之间有统计学差异(P<0.05);喷磨加酸蚀组的微渗漏测量值为(0.51±0.28)mm,与常规酸蚀组相比亦有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论采用空气喷磨加酸蚀预处理氟斑牙牙釉质可减少氟斑牙牙釉质与复合树脂间的微渗漏。
Objective To evaluate the effects of air abrasion, acid etchig and the combination of both procedures on the microleakage between mottled enamel and composite resin. Methods Eighteen bicuspid extracted teeth with fluorosis from patients needing orthodontic force were prepared and divided into 3 groups( n = 6), group A:the enamel was prepared with acid-etching;group B:the enamel was prepared with air abrading;group C:the enamel was prepared with air abrading and acid-etching;then all the groups were bonded with composite resin, thermalcycled and soaked. Microleakage of the samples was observed by stereomicroscope, and analyses of variance were conducted for the comparison of data samples. Results A significant difference of microleakage was found between group A and group C( P 〈 0.01 ), and there was also significant difference between group A and group B( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The microleakage between mottled enamel and composite resin can be reduced by using air abrading and acid etching as a pretreatment method of fluorosis enamel.
