摘要
合成草酰胺Co(Ⅱ)配合物,研究以分子氧为氧源时其与N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺(NHPI)协同催化氧化醇的性能,并以苯甲醇为模版底物考察温度、时间、氧压力等因素对反应的影响,实现了醇的分子氧氧化反应在温和条件下进行。结果表明,当反应温度为100℃,氧压力为0.5 MPa,反应时间为12 h时,苯甲醇的转化率达到95.3%,苯甲酸产率为87.5%。
A catalytic system consisting of oxamide cobalt(Ⅱ) complex and N- hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) for the oxidation of alcohols with oxygen molecule is reported. The influences of temperature, time and oxygen pressure on the reaction have been deter-mined using benzyl alcohol as a template, and the oxidation of alcohol under mild conditions has been realized. It was suggested that 95.3% conversion of benzene alcohol and 87.5% yield for benzoic acid can be obtained at 100℃ under the oxygen pressure of 0.5 MPa for 12 h.
