摘要
以羟丙基壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇为原料,制备羟丙基壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇互穿网络水凝胶并研究其药物释放性能。考察羟丙基壳聚糖质量浓度、聚乙烯醇与羟丙基壳聚糖质量比、交联剂用量等因素对羟丙基壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇互穿网络水凝胶溶胀性能的影响;测定凝胶对温度和pH的敏感性;以利巴韦林为模型研究凝胶对药物的释放性能。结果表明:该水凝胶具有良好的溶胀性、温度及pH敏感性,对利巴韦林有一定的缓释作用,可望用于新型的药物载体。
An IPN hydrogel formed by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and hydroxypropyl chitosan (HPCHS) was synthesized and the drug release behavior was studied. The effects on swelling ratio were investigated for the concentration of hydroxypropyl ehitosan, the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and hydroxypropyl chitosan and crosslinker. The temperature and pH sensitivity of this hydrogel was studied. Ribavirin was chosen as a model drug, and the drug delivery was inspected. Results showed that the properties of swelling ratio and drug controlled release are all perfect for this hydrogel. It is valuable to be further studied as a promising released carrier.
