摘要
泵载荷的确定是油田合理选用泵的重要依据,也是井口驱动螺杆泵生产油井优化设计和工况诊断的重要组成部分之一。从目前油田的实际情况出发,将整个井口驱动螺杆泵生产油井作为一个大的生产系统,将油层、套管、油管、井下螺杆泵机组和井口分成5个子系统,利用系统节点分析法,提出了在已知和未知油井的测试流量和测试流压两种条件下确定泵载荷的实用方法。
The surface driving screw pumps are extensively used in oilfields nowadays. The determination of the pump loading is not only an important basis for users to select the pumps properly, but also an important aspect in optimization of production and diagnosing of working state of the pumps. According to the actual situation of oilfields, two practical methods are proposed by means of system nodal point analysis method.
