系统压差和pH值对催化裂解产物烯烃的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF SYSTEM PRESSURE DIFFERENCE AND pH VALUES ON THE OLEFINE PRODUCTS OF CATALYTIC PYROLYSIS

摘要 将工业用的αAl2O3作为载体,用钾钒盐、锰盐和铬氧化物作为活性组分,制备了催化裂解催化剂。在连续性微反活性评价装置上,以正戊烷为原料,对空白载体和催化剂的活性进行了考察。结果表明,系统压差对空白载体热裂解产物烯烃有影响,而对催化裂解产物烯烃的影响不大。pH值对催化裂解产物烯烃的影响较大,较佳的pH值为7左右。 By using industrial α Al_2O_3 as an supporter and KVO_3, Mn(NO_3)_2,Cr_2O_3 as the active components,a series of catalytic pyrolysis catalysts were prepared with impregnation method. The activities of pure supporter and catalysts were evaluated on micro reactor activity estimation apparatus by taking n pentane as the raw material.The results show that system pressure difference has an effect on the olefine products of heat pyrolysis of pure supporter, and has a slight effect on the olefine products of catalytic pyrolysis.The various pH values have a great effect on the olefine products of catalytic pyrolysis. The optimum pH value is about 7.0.
