摘要
分别用透光率法和粒径分布法测定了不同相对分子质量的聚丙烯酸钠对碳酸钙悬浊液的分散稳定作用。两种方法所得实验结果一致表明:随着时间增加,体系中碳酸钙粒子有变小的趋势,小粒子所占的比例有所上升;PAS的相对分子质量和质量浓度增加,碳酸钙粒子变小的趋势增大,分散稳定作用增强;相对分子质量为3000~4000的聚丙烯酸钠对碳酸钙悬浊液的分散稳定作用最强。
Polyactylate sodium (PAS) is a widely used macromolecule dispersant due to its strong desperation and stabilization to colloid systems. The dispersing and stabilizing effects of PAS on suspension of CaCO3 in water were studied with two methods —— both transperance of the suspension and particle diameter distributing of CaCO3 at different time. The results show that the stability of CaCO3 suspension increases when the mass concentration and relative molecular mass of PAS increase and the PAS with relative molecular mass of 3 000~4 000 is the best dispersent and stabilizer for CaCO3 suspension.
