摘要
以一组RL电路模型为例,确定了序电压与输电线参数及有关物理量之间的关系。建立了三相短路故障定位的数学模型,并推导出一个适用于各种短路故障状态的通用测距表达式。应用数字距离继电器以及四阶低通滤波器和12位A/D转换器进行了短路故障定位的设计,对于200km长的输电线路,定位时间不超过002s,误差小于1%。
With a series of R L circuit models as an instance, the relation of modal voltage in terms of the line and operating parameters is defined, and the equation for all types of shunt faults is expressed. By means of digital distance relay and four order low frequency filters and 12 bit A/D converters, the software of the shunt faults location is designed, the results indicate that this software has the advantage of high speed opteratational performance and high reliability. For the transmission line of 200 kms, the shunt fault location time is less than 0.025, the location error is less than 1%.
