New Progress of Magnetoresistance Effect and Applications in the Information Storages

摘要 介绍了磁致电阻效应在信息存储领域的研究现状和发展趋势,总结了巨磁电阻效应、隧道巨磁电阻效应以及自旋传输矩效应的理论模型,分析了这些磁致电阻效应的物理机制。 We demonstrate the further development of the magnetoresistance effect in the information storages. Then we summarize the theoretical model of GMR, TMR and Spin-- transfer torque effect and analyze briefly the physical mechanism of these magnetoresistanee effeet.
