摘要
在池州市东至县大板水库灌区续建配套与节水改造工程建设中,由于混凝土防渗渠道具有良好的防渗效果,在灌区节水改造中得到了广泛的应用。为了保证现浇混凝土防渗渠道效果和耐久性,除了正确合理的设计以外,必须严格提高施工技术水平,加强对混凝土的品质、配合比质量的波动以及混凝土的拌和运输、浇筑、养护等施工工艺的监督和管理,以保证施工质量,做到优质、经济、安全。
In the construction of the auxiliary continuation and water--saving project in DaBan reservoir irrigation area,the concretion anti--infiltrating channel has been widely used for its outstanding anti--infiltrating performance. To guarantee the good performance and endurance of cast--in--place concrete channel, we should strictly develop our constructing techniques, reinforce the management and supervision over the quality of concretion, the fluctuating quality of the mixture as well as the constructing techniques, like stir, transportation, concretion pouring, maintenance, etc. And make this construction a project of economy, safety and high--quality. The following essay, combined with the construction work in DaBan reservoir irrigation area, discusses the process flow of cast--in--place concrete anti--filtrating channel with trapezoid section, like construction preparation, concrete material, mix proportion, concrete stir and transportation, concrete pouring,maintenance,mould stipping and its quality control.
