头孢尼西钠与加替沙星注射液配伍稳定性考察

Stability study on compatibility of cefomicid sodium and gatifloxacin

目的考察头孢尼西钠与加替沙星注射液的配伍稳定性。方法在25℃和37℃条件下8h内观察配伍液的外观、pH值和紫外光谱的变化,并用紫外分光光度法测定两种药物的含量。结果配伍后的溶液在8h内其外观、pH及含量均无明显变化。结论在25℃和37℃条件下8h内头孢尼西钠与加替沙星注射液配伍稳定。

OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability of cefomicid sodium and gatifloxacin. METHODS The appearance of the mixed solution was observed, pH values and changes of UV spectra was detected, and the contents of cefomicid sodium and gatifloxacin were determined by UV-chromatography at 25℃ and 37℃, respectively within 8h. RESULTS There were no obvious changes in outward appearance, value of pH and content in the compatible solution in 8h. CONCLUSION Cefomicid sodium mixed with gatifloxacin were stable within 8h at 250C and 37℃.
