摘要
目的建立山楂精降脂片及其原料山楂提取物熊果酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为HypersilBDSC18(4.6×250mm),以乙腈-甲醇-0.6%醋酸铵(68∶12∶20)为流动相,检测波长为210nm,流速为1mL·min-1。结果熊果酸进样量在0.422~1.505μg范围内峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993(n=5),山楂提取物的平均加样回收率为98.16%,RSD=1.20%,山楂精降脂片的平均加样回收率为100.56%,RSD=0.51%。结论测定方法操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好、结果准确,可做为山楂精降脂片及其原料山楂提取物中熊果酸含量测定方法,建议熊果酸做为山楂精降脂片及其原料山楂提取物质量控制指标。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of ursolic acid in Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablets and hawthom extract. METHODS To determine ursolic acid by HPLC. Chromatographic column was Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 × 250nm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-0.6 % ammonium acetate (68: 12: 20), and the flow rate was 1mL·min^-1. Detection wavelength was 210nm. RESULTS Ursolic acid quantity and its peak area showed good linearity relationship in the range of 0. 422-- 1. 505μg. The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9993(n= 5). The average recovery of hawthorn extract was 98.16% and RSD was 1.20%. The average recovery of Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablets was 100.56 % and RSD was 0.51%. CONCLUSION The method is easy and accurate, with good sensitivity and repeatability. It is a good method to determine ursolic acid in Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablets and hawthorn extract. Ursolic acid can be used as the quality controlling indicator of Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablets and hawthorn extract.
