摘要
目的建立脾约丸的微生物限度检查方法。方法通过测定5个规定试验菌种的回收率来确定其抑菌活性。结果该品种对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌有抑菌活性,细菌计数采用离心沉淀集菌和培养基稀释联用的方法。结论用该法进行微生物限度检查,可以客观地反映药物中微生物的污染状况,可行性强,能达到检测目的。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the microbial limit test for Piyue pills.METHODS The antimicrobial effect of Piyue pills was determined by recovery rate with 5 control trains. RESULTS It had antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. Counting bacteria using a comprehensive method（deposit centrifugal method ＋ culture medium dilution method）.CONCLUSION The method is simple, fessible and accurate.
