摘要
目的评价美托洛尔对冠心病心绞痛患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法冠心病心绞痛患者120例随机分为美托洛尔组58例和对照组62例,用药前及用药后2周分别记录24 h动态心电图,评价患者心率变异性指标的变化。结果2组治疗后心率变异性各参数较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.01),治疗后美托洛尔组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.01)。结论美托洛尔可显著提高冠心病心绞痛患者的心率变异性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Metoprolol on heart rate variability （HRV） of patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease （CHD） by Holter electrocardiogram. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with angina pectoris in CHD and frequent arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group （n = 62） and Metoprolol group （n = 58 ）. HRV in twenty four hours was measured by Hoher electrocardiogram and evaluated before and after administration. Results HRV was significantly increased in both groups after treatment（P 〈0.01 ）. The difference of HRV between the two groups after treatment was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Metoprolol can significantly improve HRV of patients with angina pectoris in CHD.
