Failure Analysis of Thread tripping Tubing in Daqing Oil Fields

对大庆油田某脱扣油管进行了电镜分析、化学成分分析、机械性能测试和金相组织观察等实验研究，认为由于油管螺纹密封不严而发生泄漏，油管螺纹长期被原油冲蚀，造成螺纹齿形减薄、变形，最终导致油管脱扣。

By means of electron microscope analysis, chemical compsition analysis, mechanical test and metallurgical structure observation of thread tripping tubing in Daqing oil fields, we conclude that the tubing thread leaks when it can not seal properly. The tubing thread is deformed and changed with washout and corrosion from oil, and the tubing thread is tripped at last.
