卫生陶瓷坯料粉磨工艺的改进

摘要 介绍了卫生陶瓷坯料粉磨工艺的一项技术改进。生产表明,将碳酸盐类熔剂材料如石灰石、白云石、菱镁矿等原料与其它陶瓷原料的一次共同粉磨改为将碳酸盐类熔剂材料单独细磨筛分后再与其共同粉磨,收到良好的效果。用改进后的粉磨工艺制备的坯料泥浆注模、烧成,在降低烧成温度的条件下,获得了釉面外观质量佳的卫生陶瓷。 One technical improvement in sanitary ceramics billet grinding was introdueted. Production experience shows that separate grinding of the carbonate-type flux materials such as limestone, dolomite, magnesite and then screening together with its grinding will received more better results than grinding with other ceramic raw materials directly. With the improved grinding process, injection molding, firing and sintering in a lower temperture, excellent quality glazed appearance sanitary ceramics will be gained.
