摘要
针对建设项目进度控制与管理,详细论述了进度计划编制的原则和方法、进度计划控制管理的职责分工及检查考核内容,分别对设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段的进度控制与管理要点进行了分析,提出了控制与管理的方法.就实际进度控制管理或当实际进度与计划进度比较出现偏差时,提出了控制与管理进度的对策和措施.
Aiming at process control and construction project management,this paper dissertates about the principle and methods of process plan making,responsibility division of process control and management and what is necessary for checking and performance assessment.By analyzing respectively on outlines of management and process control in the period of the design phase,the bid invitation phase and the construction phase,the method is put forward for process control and management.This article also brings up some countermeasures and methods to solve the problems when the practical process goes outside of what is decided in the process plan,or when the practical process control and management are in trouble.
