Building of Safety Culture in Construction Companies

建筑施工企业不但要在组织上建立健全安全生产保障体系,而且要在意识形态中加强安全文化的建设,形成安全管理思想和安全文化氛围,消除安全隐患和减少安全事故的发生.从建筑施工企业安全文化的概念内涵和作用,阐述了安全文化的结构,把建筑施工企业安全文化分为安全物资文化、安全制度文化、安全行为文化、安全观念文化四个层次.同时,从这四个方面系统地探讨了建筑施工企业如何进行安全文化建设.

Construction enterprises should not only establish and improve organizational security system of safe production,but also strengthen security in the ideological and cultural building,and form safety management and safety culture atmosphere to eliminate the hidden dangers and reduce the occurrence of accidents.From the construction enterprise security and the connotations of the concept of culture,the structure of the safety culture is described in the paper,and the safety culture is divided into the safety material culture,safety system culture,security behavior culture,and security concept culture.At the same time,how to carry out the safety culture construction in the enterprises is explored systematically.
