多传感器信息融合方法在钻井事故诊断中的应用

摘要 论述了信息融合技术的特点、形式结构和具体的处理方法,并从信息论的角度论证了信息融合技术在故障诊断中的可行性和有效性;在此基础上,将钻井事故诊断与信息融合相结合,提出了一种基于信息融合技术的钻井事故诊断模型和方法。提出了一种在不同识别框架下的证据组合规则,用现场采集的多组数据进行试验,及时发现数据异常,并诊断可能的事故发生倾向。可充分利用传感器的冗余或互补信息,减少传感器状态的不确定性,提高了识别事故的精度和准确度。 This text describes the characters, form structure and concrete processing method of information fusion technology. And the application of information fusion in fault diagnosis proves the feasibility and validity from the angle of information theory. Based on this,it is combined the fault diagnosis of drilling fault diagnosis with information fusion, a method and model which the fault diagnosis of Drilling Fault Diagnosis information fusion is brought out. The evidential combination rule under different frame of discernment is presented, The method test model with the data from the locale in order to find the abnormity data and diagnose fault in time. so the maximum of available information is exploited and the uncertainty of the effective state between the potential states of a sensor is decreased,it is put on the fault diagnosis of procession and accuracy.
