摘要
为保证钢管在运输过程中达到良好的冷却效果和直度要求,设计了一种无缝钢管生产用新型链式冷床。本文介绍了该新型冷床的工作原理及结构特点。通过对该冷床工作原理及结构特点的分析,说明了其与国内其他冷床在结构、冷却效果、直度要求及成本等方面的不同。
To make sure the good cooling effect and the straightness requirement during transportation of steel pipes; a new cooling bed for seamless pipes producing is designed. The paper presents the operating principle and the specialty of the cooling bed, and then, points out the differences between this cooling bed and the existent ones in our country in the configuration, the cooling effect and the straightness requirement.
