摘要
介绍了一种在普通车床上车削加工同心度要求较高的套类零件的工装夹具,分析了该工装夹具的结构及工作原理,叙述使用该装置的加工工艺安排及使用时的一些注意事项,对大批量加工产品,能够提高劳动生产率,保证产品质量,降低工人劳动强度。经过实际生产使用,零件同心度能达到0.02mm以内,符合设计要求,同时方便装卸,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
This thesis introduces one kind of jig which is used on the conventional lathe to turning the components with high concentricity,and analyses the structure and the work principle of this jig. At the same time,the paper also narrates the processing technics arrangement and matters need attention when using this device. For the mass processed products, it can raise the labor productivity,assure the quality and reduce the labor intensity.
