摘要
介绍了一平面超长呈狭长形、高度及重量相差悬殊、顶部连续三层局部抽柱形成大跨度空旷房的高层结构设计。着重讨论了从整体结构设计方案的确定到关键构件的选取,从对结构平面及竖向不规则性的分析计算到采取相应构造措施的设计过程。介绍的在基础设计中因合理采纳了当地相邻工程经验而节约了基础工程造价的做法,可供类似工程参考。
A whole design process of a tall building is presented in this paper, which has a long and narrow plane, a great disparity in height and weight, and the large-span space on the top three floors formed by removing some columns. And this article is devoted to the establishment of the whole structural scheme, the choice of key structural members, the structural analysis of irregularity in plane and elevation and some relevant construction measures. The experience of adjacent local projects has been adopted in the design of the basement and the cost was also reduced, which provides good reference for similar projects.
