摘要
介绍以丁二酮和丙二胺为原料合成2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪的新方法。重点考察了缩合反应温度、溶剂用量和脱氢反应时间对目标产物产率的影响,确定了合成2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪的生产工艺条件:以无水乙醇为溶剂,丁二酮、丙二胺、溶剂乙醇和DH型脱氢剂的投料配比为1:0.67:3:10(重量比),于O~-5℃缩合反应1~2h,再在溶剂回流温度下脱氢反应2~3h,2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪的收率按投料丁二酮计达59%,产品纯度≥99.0%。
A novel method for the synthesis of 2, 3, 5 - trimethylpyrazine was studied using biacetyl and propylene diamine as raw materials. The optimum conditions were established: anhydrous ethyl alco hol as the solvent, ratio of biacetyl, propylene diamine, DH - type dehydrogenated agent and solvent is 1: 0. 67: 3: 10(by weight), condensation at 0~ - 5℃ for 1~2 h, and dehydrogenation at reflux ing temperature of ethyl alcohol for 2 ~ 3 h, 2, 3, 5 - trimethylpyrazine can he obtained with 59% yields based on biacetyl, and the purity is 99. 0% or more.
