摘要
自行设计研制了机电一体化小型制脂装置,该装置具有无级变速控制转速、带有刮边装置、自动控温等特点,可防止手动制脂搅拌的不均匀,其制脂的工艺过程(与手动制脂比较)与润滑脂生产过程更加接近,有利于进一步中试放大及批量生产。利用此小型制脂装置开展了复合锂钙基脂的研究,探讨了组成配方、工艺条件对复合锂钙基脂性能的影响,制备出的复合锂钙基脂具有良好的高温多效性能,且成本较低,具有良好的应用前景。
A small type of grease manufacture equipment of machine-electricity in one body has been designed and manufactured. This equipment possesses the characteristics of automatic changing velocity, scraping edge and controlling temperature. It can prevent the unhomogeneity of grease manufacture agitating. The technology of manufacturing grease is similar to the process of producing grease. So, it is convenient to carry on middle test and produce in batch. This equipment has been used to study the lithium-calcium complex grease. The effect of composition and technology conditions on the properties of the lithium-calcium complex grease has been discussed. The lithium-calcium complex grease possesses favorable high temperature multi-purpose properties, and its cost is low. So, it has good prospect for application.
