自适应模糊PID控制在空气取水装置中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 传统PID控制应用在具有较大滞后性、时变性和非线性系统时,参数一旦整定就不能自动调节,因此,系统随条件变化自动调节的能力不强,控制效果不佳。针对这种情况,将模糊控制和常规PID控制相结合,提出一种基于模糊控制规则的自适应模糊PID控制方法,实现了PID参数在线实时整定,并将其应用于空气取水装置蒸发器过热度控制中。通过Matlab仿真,与常规PID控制仿真曲线比较表明,该控制方式具有动态响应快,超调量小,控制精度高等特点,在研制的空气取水装置中取得了较好的控制效果。 When conventional PID control is applied to the system based on the characteristics of the delay, nonlinearity and time-varying, parameters can not be adjusted automatically once selected. The system capacity of automatic adjustment is not strong, and the control effect is not good. In view of this situation, based on fuzzy control rules and combination of fuzzy control with conventional PID control, the self-adaptive fuzzy PID control is presented to control the degree of superheat on air-to-water machine, which can adjust the parameters of PID control online along with the change of situations automatically. Compared with simulation curve of conventional PID, the simulation result with Matlab indicates that self-adaptive fuzzy controller has fast response, small overshoot, and high accuracy. The perfect effect ,which is applied to air-to-water machine, is also acquired.
