炎性乳腺癌的X线诊断 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨炎性乳腺癌X线的征象,提高钼靶X线对炎性乳腺癌的诊断率。方法回顾性分析10例临床诊断为炎性乳腺癌、经手术病理证实为乳腺癌患者的X线表现。结果10例炎性乳腺癌4例表现为弥漫性致密阴影,3例表现为边界不清的肿块,3例表现为结构差;8例表现为皮肤增厚,5例伴有皮下脂肪浑浊,4例伴有腋下淋巴结肿大,3例伴有漏斗征,2例有多个针尖样钙化点,2例伴有毛刺样改变。结论炎性乳腺癌的主要X线表现:界线不清的大片状致密阴影或肿块影,皮下脂肪层混浊,皮肤向心性增厚。常伴有腋下淋巴结肿大、漏斗征、针尖样钙化点及毛刺样改变。
