摘要 在气固两相湍流流动模型和细致的催化裂化反应动力学集总模型基础上,全面系统地考虑两相流动、传质、传热、反应等复杂因素,建立了催化裂化提升管反应器三维气固两相流动反应模型,形成了相应的数值解法,编制了大型的模拟计算程序,并以此对工业提升管反应器进行数值模拟研究,展示其内部流动、传热、传质及反应等化学工程细节。 Based on threedimensional gasparticle twophase turbulent flow model and detailed lumping kinetics of catalytic cracking reactions and taking into account comprehensively the complex influences of twophase flow,heat transfer,mass transfer and cracking reactions in the FCC riser reactor,a threedimensional gassolid twophase flowreaction model of the FCC riser reactors was established,related numerical solution was formed and a large numerical simulation computation code was drawn up.The present model formed the basis for numerical simulation on the commercial FCC riser reactors so as to open up the process details of the flow,heat transfer,mass transfer and reactions in the riser reactors.
