摘要
分别以乙二胺和正丁胺为模板剂,以无定形二氧化硅(白炭黑)为硅源,在Na2O-SiO2-H2O水热体系中合成了纯硅ZSM-35沸石。利用XRD、SEM、IR等表征了它的物理化学特性,探讨了模板剂对晶化过程及产物的影响。测试结果表明,纯硅ZSM-35沸石的晶胞体积大于相同条件下合成的硅铝成分的同类沸石。
Puresilica zeolite ZSM35 was synthesized in Na2OSiO2H2O hydrothermal system by using ethylenediamine(EDA)or nbutylamine(NBA)as template,with the silica source being fumed amorphous silica.Characterization of the structural features of the samples were conducted by means of XRD,SEM,and IR.Effects of template on the crystallization of the products were discussed.The lattice volumes of puresilica ZSM35 samples were found to be slightly larger than that of conventional aluminosiliceous ZSM35 prepared in the same system.
