以正丁胺为模板剂合成ZSM-35沸石 被引量:5

SYNTHESIS OF ZEOLITE ZSM35 USING nBUTYLAMINE AS TEMPLATE

摘要 以正丁胺为模板剂,在水热体系中合成了ZSM-35沸石。采用XRD、SEM及IR等测定了产物的结构及性能。结果表明,与以乙二胺为模板剂合成的ZSM-35相比,该产物的晶格有所收缩,且多数IR谱峰向低波数方向移动。该产物具有良好的耐酸性和热稳定性。 Zeolite ZSM35 was synthesized by using nbutylamine as template in a hydrothermal system of Na_2OSiO_2Al_2O_3H_2O.The physicochemical properties of the sample were characterized by means of XRD,SEM and IR.Compared with ZSM35 sample prepared hydrothermally by using ethylenediamine as template,a shrinkage in the unit cell volume and a shift of most adsorption peaks towards lower wave numbers were observed.The resistance to acid and the thermal stability of asmade zeolite samples were excellent.
