摘要
以正丁胺为模板剂,在水热体系中合成了ZSM-35沸石。采用XRD、SEM及IR等测定了产物的结构及性能。结果表明,与以乙二胺为模板剂合成的ZSM-35相比,该产物的晶格有所收缩,且多数IR谱峰向低波数方向移动。该产物具有良好的耐酸性和热稳定性。
Zeolite ZSM35 was synthesized by using nbutylamine as template in a hydrothermal system of Na_2OSiO_2Al_2O_3H_2O.The physicochemical properties of the sample were characterized by means of XRD,SEM and IR.Compared with ZSM35 sample prepared hydrothermally by using ethylenediamine as template,a shrinkage in the unit cell volume and a shift of most adsorption peaks towards lower wave numbers were observed.The resistance to acid and the thermal stability of asmade zeolite samples were excellent.
