摘要
对驻黎巴嫩维和二级医院护患沟通中存在问题的进行调查分析,并针对性地采取了以人为本的人性化护理,把"以人为本,关爱生命"的人文关怀理念应用于护患沟通过程,减少了护患交流障碍,增进了彼此的信任和理解,在消除患者顾虑、减轻其身心痛苦的同时,提高了治疗和护理质量,也大大提高了护士自身素质。
Through investigation and analysis on the existing problems in communication between patients and nurses at a level Ⅱ peace-keeping hospital in Lebanon,we introduced a personalized nursing theory, "humanity root, life solicitude", in the communication process to overcome barriers to communication, promote mutual trust and understanding, eliminate worries, of patients, relieve psychosomatic sufferings,enhance the quality of treatment and nursing,and improve nurses' quality.
