孕激素受体基因PROGINS多态性与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨孕激素受体基因(PRG)内含子G插入306碱基对PROGINS多态性与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的关系。方法运用PCR技术对60例ICP患者(ICP组)和60例正常孕妇(对照组)PR基因PROGINS多态性进行分析。结果ICP组孕激素受体基因的PROGINS基因型T1/T1、T1/T2、T2/T2频率分别为95.00%、5.00%、0%;对照组分别为96.67%、3.33%、0%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ICP组等位基因T1、T2频率分别为97.50%、2.50%,对照组分别为98.33%、1.67%,2组比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PROGINS基因多态性可能与ICP的发病无关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between progesterone receptor gene polymorphism and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). Methods The PROGINS polymorphism of PR gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction method in 60 pregnant women with ICP(ICP group)and 60 normal pregnant women(control group). Results The frequencies of T1/T1, T1/T2, T2/T2 genotypes of PROGINS polymorphism were 96.67 %, 3.33 % and 0 % respectively in control group,and were 95.00% ,5.00% and 0% respectively in ICP group. There was no significant difference in the distribution of PROGINS genotypes between the two groups(P〉0.05). The frequencies of the two alleles T1 and T2 were 98.33% and 1.67% in control group,and were 97.50% and 2.50% in ICP group respectively. There was also no significant difference in the frequency of PROGINS alleles between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion The PROGINS gene polymorphism may be not associated with the risk of ICP.
