摘要 文章就氢化物—原子荧光法测定茶叶中硒含量探索建立快捷、方便的样品处理方法.从加混酸的比例、加混酸消化时间、超声波的时间3个影响因素进行了研究比较.样品称量后直接加混酸经20min超声波,硒的提取效果最好,可以大大提高茶叶样品前处理效率,显著缩短样品的检测周期.这是一种省时、经济、操作简便的茶叶样品处理的方法. The purpose of research is to built up a fast and convenient sample treatment way to measure the selenium content of tea by hydride atomic fluorescent standard (AFS). We studied the three impacting factors of sample treatment, such as adding mixed acid ratios, digesting time and ultrasonic time. The results showed that the sample could get the best extraction effect by adding mixed acid directly and treating with ultrasonic for 20 min, and the pre- treatment efficiency of tea sample was improved greatly. The results indicate it is a time saving, economical and simple way for tea sample treatment.
