摘要
目前,国内一些大型家族企业已比较成功地实现了代际交替,但相当多的家族企业在权力交接中存有障碍:或者是由于代际间缺乏共同的梦想;或者是由于"两权矛盾",所有者与经营者之间难以达成信任关系。因此,家族企业要保持基业长青,必须重视接班人的培养,把培养问题提上企业的议事日程;要建立继任规划,形成科学的接班人选择制度;通过制度管理企业,淡化家族制;注重在家族企业内部培养职业经理人。
Currently some large national family firms have succeeded in inheritance across generations. However, quite a lot of family firms encountered obstacles in the transition of power either because of lacking of common aims across generations, or due to power conflicts between owners and managers, which has resulted in their lack of mutual trust. Therefore, such measures as to highlight the cultivation of successors by including it on the agenda, to. set up succession planning manage the firms through regulations with family system professional personnel for management, will perpetuate and form scientific system of selecting successors, to gradually fading out, and to focus on the cultivation of the growth and prosperity of family business.
